Vinyasa Yoga can help you discover and strengthen your physical and mental strength. In this dynamic form of yoga, I try to alternate between effort and relaxation, encouraging you to listen to your own body and needs. ‘Flow’ is central. We link the poses together, as it were. Breathing is an important tool to guide us in this. I try to make each class a small journey, after which you continue your day with renewed energy, (self-)confidence, and mental calmness.
